A friend of mine had a picture removed by Photobucket. They claim it goes against the TOS, yet if you look at it, one must wonder; WTF???

He wrote an email to them, asking what it was, about the picture, that went against the TOS. All he got back was a generic reply, nothing explaining the removal of the picture. Neither he, nor I can figure it out. It does not contain nudity, nor is it obscene, or pornographic, racist or otherwise. Oh, wait, maybe because there is the word: Retard as part of it…you choose, does the picture below break Photobucket’s TOS, or have they gone too far, or are they just freakin’ numbnuts?
